What we offer
Sunday Worship
Sunday School for all ages is held at 9:15 a.m.. Bus transportation is available.
Christian Education:
We believe Christian education is essential to ongoing maturation in the Christian faith. We offer Sunday School classes for all ages—children, youth and adults.
Children and Youth classes:
- Nursery and Kindergarten,
- Grades 1-5, and
- Grades 6-12
Adult Classes:
Friendship Class
Karen Willinger teaches special-needs adults utilizing Bible stories. The class meets in the library (Room 1).
Christian Fellowship Class
Teachers Gene Weaver and Brian Robertson lead the class through discussion. The class meets in the choir room (Room 3).
Men's Class
Five teachers rotate leadership. This mature men's class studies the Standard Lesson Series. The class meets in Room 4.
J.O.Y. Class
Teacher Elsie Guistwite leads this mature ladies' class, utilizing Standard Lesson Series. Everyday application of Scripture is emphasized. The class meets in Room 6.
Pathfinders' Class
Several teachers share leadership of this class. Teacher-led with lots of discussion, the class studies various texts and books of the Bible. The class meets in Room 2.
Care and Share Class
Teacher Brock Zentmeyer leads this class, which is for all ages—singles and couples. The emphasis is on caring about others and sharing one's concerns and blessings. Topics and texts vary.
New Covenant Class
Teacher Sandra Kipp leads this adult class through study and discussion of the Bible. Course of study can vary. The class meets in Room 8.

Ministries for Children:
Worship Nursery Care
For infants through pre-schoolers during the Sunday morning worship service.
Wee Little Lambs Day Care
Full-day, year-round quality Christian child care for children, ages six weeks to five years.
Follow Me Preschool
For Pre-Kindergarten (meeting Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and three- or four-year-olds (meeting Tuesday and Thursday) from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The program provides a Christian environment for arts, crafts, music, stories, games and special visitors.
Mothers' Morning Out
Thursdays and Fridays, September through May. For children ages 1-5.
Rainbow Playground
A six-week summer program for children who have just completed grades K-5.
Vacation Bible School
One summertime week, for children (Age 4) through 8th grade.
Ministries for Youth:
Weekly Youth Fellowship
Includes quarterly service projects.
Annual Retreat
For grades 6-12.
Ministries for Adults:
Women's Weekly Saturday Morning
Breakfast for support and encouragement. Location varies, call church office (486-4883) for next meeting place.
Adult Choir
Meets September through May.
Mission, Outreach and Helps Ministries
Our commitment to the community around us—local, national and international—is expressed in a variety of ministries. We invite you to join us in caring for "the least of these."
Bus Ministry
Sunday morning transportation is provided for anyone who needs it.
Prayer chain
Our prayer chain is available to anyone for any need. You may place a request on the prayer chain by calling the church office (486-4883) or including it on your attendance registration card.
Emergency Help Fund and Food Bank
Our Food Bank is supported by donations from our church members. Persons who live in Mt. Holly Springs, Boiling Springs and Gardners are eligible to use our Food Bank. Thanksgiving and Easter baskets are distributed each year.
Candy Cane Mailbox Bible Club
Bible lessons are sent by mail to children ages six and up, and to adults.
Fruit Belt Farm Workers Outreach
Fellowship with migrant workers is shared when groups visit and take basic necessity items.
Mission Trips/Work Camps
In June 2008, a group traveled to Red Bird Mission for a one-week work camp. Another mission trip is being planned for June 19-25, 2011.
Quilters’ Club
Our quilters meet throughout the year to make beautiful lap quilts which are distributed to persons in need in our community, across the state and around the world.
The Turkey Dinner
This fundraiser is held twice a year to assure funds are available to assist local persons with emergency needs.
